Return & Refund Policy

At Pushingfilm.com, we are committed to providing high-quality products and great service. The following conditions do not exempt you from your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

Returns for Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

We’ll cover return postage costs for any item confirmed to be defective, or, send you a replacement item.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We normally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before finalising your order. For exceptions, please contact info@pushingfilm.com

Return Exceptions – Perishable or Time-Sensitive Goods

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

• Photographic film

• Darkroom chemistry and paper

• Any perishable or time-sensitive goods

Please store these products appropriately after delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for improper handling or storage.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@pushingfilm.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
